We had a good stay with amazing hospitality from friendly, attentive and helpful staff, who followed up with our needs. The room had a great view of the Himalayas and was surrounded by nature. The hotel facilities were clean and spacious, with a luxurious feel to the architecture and ambiance, and an amazing breakfast spread.
Nothing to dislike.

The hotel is situated in a great location, near the town center with stunning views of snow, capped mountains. the rooms are quite spacious and luxurious with clean, shiny bathrooms. the breakfast spread was amazing, with all possible options. the staff was also very friendly and accommodating of our requests.
The hotel fell short in a few areas. the food was pretty average, not living up to expectations.

The hotel is situated near a river, which provided a unique experience. the rooms are spacious and luxurious, with well-maintained bathrooms. Guests were pleased with the breakfast spread and commended the staff's hospitality and extraordinary service, including accommodating their requests with a smile. Some rooms also had a superior design.
The hotel staff's attitude was callous, discourteous, and unresponsive.

Amazing river view, excellent quality of food, really good hospitality, spacious and elegantly furnished rooms, hidden gem with fine architecture, tranquil oasis amidst nature's wonders.

The hotel had a great location near a river, which made for a peaceful and calming environment. , the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the breakfast spread which provided many options to choose from.
It didn't match what we had seen in pictures and was not up to our expectations. the food served in the restaurant was average at best.
